Plan and allocate the distribution of each product while maintaining stock levels for both retail and online channels to ensure optimal sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Fashion
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser Allocator/Analyst
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and managing emails
- Strong understanding of merchandising strategies and their implementation
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product distribution across both offline and online channels based on product refill requests, bazaar events, and new store openings for retail and entrepreneurs.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform product re-grouping to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Track production progress with the factory to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Production teams to discuss market trends, consumer preferences, competitor activities, sales data, and feedback to support distribution adjustment decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels and other relevant metrics to management.
- Analyze slow-moving and fast-moving products and adjust distribution strategies according to set targets.
- Monitor physical inventory and visit each store or boutique to ensure product availability.
