Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (any major, preferably in Management, Marketing, or Public Relations)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and campaign management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management
- Capable of handling marketing administrative documents
- Experienced in managing digital marketing strategies and media relations
- Experienced in handling KOLs/influencers, including negotiation and campaign coordination
- Willing to work in a hybrid and mobile setting during marketing activities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure all documents, invoices, and vendor/KOL contracts are well-organized and delivered on time
- Build relationships with vendors, KOLs, media, and external partners to support marketing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, sales, creative) to support marketing initiatives
- Execute collaboration programs with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, and brand ambassadors
- Measure campaign effectiveness based on engagement, reach, and conversion
- Ensure all administrative needs related to campaigns, budgeting, and marketing performance analysis are available on time to support marketing operations
- Prepare evaluation reports on KOL, media, vendor, and event partnerships to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
- Provide data-driven insights to support better marketing decision-making
