Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in any major (Communication and Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Support/Service

Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management

Basic understanding of websites/other IT systems

Solid understanding of Customer Service/Support principles

Responsibilities:

Receive all types of customer complaints, analyze the problems, recommend the best solutions, and act as a liaison for reseller customers regarding complaints submitted to Bocorocco until the issue is resolved

Organize and manage the reseller customer database

Maintain regular communication (reseller program information and procedures, products & promotions, upselling processes, ordering & transactions, product reviews) with customers via WhatsApp, mobile phone, and other communication channels
