Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in Learning & Development (L&D), or a high school diploma with a minimum of 5–6 years of experience in the same field, especially in the fashion retail industry (footwear).
- Experienced in designing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), e-Learning programs, or blended learning for sales teams.
- Understands sales techniques and is able to evaluate the effectiveness of training and sales performance.
- Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and in the design and development of training modules.
- Possesses strong communication, presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to motivate and inspire the sales team to exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering training programs in various formats (offline, online, coaching, on-the-job training).
- Analyzing training needs based on industry trends, business strategies, and sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure training programs align with business needs and product development.
- Conducting regular refresher training to ensure the team stays updated with the latest strategies and products.
- Preparing training result reports and evaluating training effectiveness by conducting post-training assessments of sales performance.
