Responsible to managing product distribution and planning, analyzing market trends, and providing promotional strategies and product development recommendations to support sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Fashion
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a merchandiser in the fashion industry, especially footwear
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management
- Strong sense of luxury fashion
- In-depth understanding of merchandising strategies and their implementation
- General understanding of market trends
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather information and make well-informed decisions
- Highly creative in proposing sales strategies, as well as product concepts and designs
- Strong perseverance and willingness to work under pressure
- Willing to work fully on-site at the Head Office in Cikupa, Tangerang
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the factory warehouse team regarding the distribution arrangement of shoes and wallets for both offline and online areas, based on the initial allocation from the created PO
- Monitor the distribution of shoe products for specific projects according to requirements
- Create product design references and develop product planning strategies for upcoming production
- Analyze and recommend suitable materials for production, and inspect samples that have been made
- Collaborate with the Sales and Production teams to discuss market trends, consumer preferences, competitor activities, sales data, and feedback to make informed product adjustments
- Provide recommendations for product repeats and transfers from one area to another
- Suggest product promotions, discounts, and special offers to boost sales, and monitor the effectiveness of these promotions
- Work with the purchasing team to plan the right products for apparel sales and supporting visual merchandising products as needed
